Interview – Jean-Kley Tulli,  Alp ICT

Journey

Jean-Kley Tullii was born, grew up, studied, and worked in the canton of Neuchâtel.

A passionate soccer player in his youth, he has always placed great importance on team spirit and collective success. He applies this spirit to his personal endeavors—running a distillery with friends—as well as to his professional life. Seventeen years of collaborative work in the luxury industry stand out as some of his fondest memories.

Now head of the Economic Affairs Department for the Canton of Neuchâtel, Jean-Kley bridges the gap between government policy and economic development to support businesses.

DNA

He believes that success will come through a form of breaking down barriers. His philosophy of life is steeped in philanthropy. For him, the key issue of globalization is social justice. Without it, there would be no economy. People need to come together and break down the walls that separate them.

Vision

The pace of change is accelerating. This requires agility in order to adapt. For him, innovation means stepping into the future before others do. To that end, he promotes collaboration across cantons. He believes it is essential to work as a network and to create a cohesive ecosystem. He has confidence in humanity’s ability to learn and build upon the mistakes of the past. He is ready to lay the first bricks upon which future generations will build the world of tomorrow.
